I thoroughly enjoyed working with all of the staff that helped me and they answered all my questions. Your firm initially installed our Malm gas fireplace in 1998. Needed service to this unit and spoke to Maggie (who also is excellent and so helpful). From that moment felt at ease that I would have competent techs and installers which I did, thanks to Maggie’s assurance of the excellent staff. Maggie was right!!!
