We were out of town when our Furnace went down for the count. We had not shoveled or plowed so Jacob had to bring in the new furnace and remove the old furnace through some very deep snow. He did a great job on the install and I appreciated very much the attitude with which he did it. Absolutely no complaining!

New AC Installed

Once again Countryside hits is out if the park in my household with quality products, exceptional service, and and truly genuine customer care. From the initial phone call to the completed install everything that Countryside stated about the process was honored to a tee. (((SPECIAL NOTE TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS OF COUNTRYSIDE HEATING AND COOLING))) Folks if you are at all concerned with getting the job done right, the proper equipment installed by a cean cut caring installer you have to call Countryside. A few months back Countryside installed my new furnace as well as my new ductwork, Just like I did with the last experience, I will emphatically state that as an old man, and a retired carpenter who is somewhat hard to please, if you use this company you will not be disappointed. They really do good work and the installers Jacob and Cody were great. Thanks again I will not use another company.

Install New Air Flow System

Jacob and his team were knowledgeable and polite. He went the extra effort to try and get the old wall mount control unit to work. Only suggest would be to call with a heads up so we can be totally ready for the crew on our end. Time to install and test was exactly as estimated, 2.5 hours. They even had to go back to the shop to get a different size unit!
