Couldn’t be happier 🙂

Though we have supplemental heat, we’d gone 3 weeks with no furnace.  Following a courtesy test, Ben Rich arrived exactly as scheduled.  He was courteous, professional and attentively listened to my observations and suspicions.  He then quickly identified & corrected an obstructed air supply as the primary issue.  After fixing that, he also performed a thorough preventative maintenance on other major components that may have been contributing factors.  By the time he cleaned up and left, our furnace was functioning normally, just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday.  I couldn’t be happier with this service experience!  Oh yeah, our canine protection system (dog), immediately liked Ben too!
