Thorough inspection of furnaces, water heaters, and humidifier systems in existing, older home we recently purchased. Identified some small issues requiring attention, changed all system filters which will last for 6 months. Signed up for yearly (2 times) maintenance and service plan. AC to be inspected at later date, due to weather concerns.
