Outstanding service from beginning to end. Maggie in the office provided great general information and prompt, reliable responsiveness regarding general questions on the company, products, process, personnel, scheduling, and followup. Lance was very knowledgeable, respectful, and responsive in sharing information on the various products and guiding me on the best options for my home, and he was prompt with quotes that were fair. Also, when I changed a preference mid-process he quickly and professionally responded to meet my request and ensure I was satisfied. Matt and Jacob were excellent installers both inside and outside. They were very knowledgeable, skilled, and took the time needed to do quality work. They arrived promptly, were courteous and responsive to my questions, and left the work areas neat and clean. The final permit paperwork and rebate were handled and communicated to me quickly by the office. Thanks to this A-team. Countryside Heating and Cooling was recommended by a friend with a similar positive experience and I recommend them to others as well. Thank you!
