Had not previously used Countryside for a seasonal maintenance on my furnace. Tech Ben was timely and very thorough. He advised that a "capacitor" was weak and should be replaced. I accepted his recommendation and he replaced it for additional charge. This was not a $59 "seasonal special". A little more costly, but appreciated the thoroughness.

I couldn't be happier with Countryside and Ben's service. I spoke with Maggie around 4:00 on Friday when our furnace stopped operating. She was able to track down Ben who had the heat back on by 5:30. And the price I was charged was very reasonable for how expediently the problem was fixed late on a Friday afternoon.

I think he did a great job. It was a crappy day to be outside, checking our furnace, but he took his time and reassured us that everything was working well and no risk of carbon monoxide. we talked about replacement of the furnace, when the weather got better, and he reassured us that he was taking notes to turn into the office so they knew what we talked about.
