Hello! We are very pleased with the service we received. Ben was courteous and professional - he explained what he was doing and what we could do to improve the system (filter in upside down)! Ben did not waver when we realized I set up the appointment incorrectly. Thinking he was looking at central air when we have an attic unit. Also, he was patient with our large, loud puppy!

What I loved is that we called on a busy Monday and they were able to slot us into a canceled Appt time slot. Ben Waters arrived about 30 minutes later to take a look at our unit heater in our garage. Even though it wasn’t a unit they sell, we quickly figured out the problem and got it back into working condition! Ben Waters is awesome!
