Made me feel they were too busy for my business

They charged $207 to come out and tell me my A/C unit was shot. Told me a new one would be between $3,500 and $5,000 but would have someone give me an official quote. Also said if I went with them it would take a minimum of two weeks to install. In the meantime, I got two quotes from another company for $2,850 and $3,050, with an additional Xcel rebate of $150, and they installed two days later, and the company had good online reviews. Still haven’t received the quote from Countryside...

Hi Valerie- Thank you for the feedback even though its not good. We dropped the ball on this and we are sorry. The technician gave the information to our salesman but unfortunately, it got lost and slipped through the cracks. We certainly do not want this happening again because we value everyone's business and want to have happy customers for life. We are going to make some changes on how leads get communicated internally to help prevent this from happening again. This is definitely our loss. The estimated quote the technician gave you is a rough estimate. We typically give at least 3 different options in equipment (Good, Better, Best) and leave it up to the home owner to decide what works best with their budget. Xcel rebates would have been available depending on the equipment you chose for a $150 or $350. We are a Bryant Factory Authorized dealer because we believe the quality of Bryant equipment is superior to all other manufacturers. We are guessing this may be the reason why your cost was lower? Also, even though we were busy and had a 2 week wait time for installation, we provide temporary air conditioning units so our customers can remain comfortable in their homes in the mean time.
