Este was just great. Came to the house within the window of time, friendly, pleasant, willing to answer all my questions, reassuring, regarded as important the meaning of efficiency to his employer as I heard him moving with intention and he did not waste any time! He moved around the house with respect, when he had to, communicated with us when he did, and removed his shoes whenever he entered the house. I know you send a reminder for the tune up in the fall. Any chance you could provide another if we don’t arrange service in a timely way? And maybe you did so, and I missed the second reminder. Regardless, Maggie is always expert, friendly, and efficient when I call. She is just wonderful on the phone. Thanks for years of consistently great furnace and AC care. Everyone who represents you has been super professional over the years.

I was way overdue with servicing these units, and now that I have found Coutnryside, I will have them out regularly to maintain my fireplaces/heat units - so I can use them year-round. Thank you!!!

Omg Sam and Ben were excellent! Great technicians who could work miracles and install furnace, heat pump and humidifier, all in a very small space. It is a work of art! Beautiful! And they are such nice people, who were so considerate, including putting on booties and putting down cloths on walkways. And they worked late till the job was done, and stayed even longer answering my questions. What a team. I would highly recommend them!
