I am very happy with the customer service at Countryside Heating & Cooling. I saw the trucks out front and it reminded me that I needed to set up service. I called and Maggie said that she could get me in the same day. Later, she called me to let me know that Ben would be servicing my A/C & Furace. Ben was very professional & friendly, he checked everything thoroughly and kept his worksite very clean. He explained that my blower's capacitor needed to be replaced. He had the part in his truck and quickly & efficiently replaced it. I am so happy that I saw their trucks outside! I will have them service my unit every year!
